Angela Beechey
Chairperson
Angela is the Government Relations and Communications Manager at the Australian Hotels Association WA, where she leads advocacy and policy reform to support the growth and sustainability of the tourism, accommodation, and hospitality industry.
With over a decade of experience strategically marketing Australia internationally as a premier destination to visit, study, live, work, and invest in, Angela brings a wealth of knowledge in brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and industry development. Her strong communication skills, creative problem-solving, and commitment to fostering opportunities for women in the sector make her a dynamic leader in her role as Chair.

After 10 years abroad managing Superyachts throughout many international destinations, including the Caribbean, United States and Europe, Paige returned to her hometown of Perth after realising how lucky she was to come from such a beautiful place in the world. This was the driving force towards a career tourism.
Paige's journey commenced at Crown Perth running VIP events for 4 years on Superyacht Infinity, before bringing her background in hospitality and operations to the world of television production, on travel program Destination WA.
Wanting to progress into the tourism sector Paige joined experiential travel specialist Walk in Luxury. But the salt water still flowed through Paige's veins, and in 2022 Paige joined the team at SeaLink Marine and Tourism Western Australia, to promote their portfolio of brilliant experiences as WA Sales and Marketing Manager.
Paige holds a postgraduate Master of International Tourism and Hotel Management degree and a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Public Relations.

Nicole Chapman
Deputy Chairperson
Nicole is a highly experienced travel and tourism professional with over two decades of expertise in product management, strategic partnerships, and business development.
She is currently the Product & Partnerships Manager at BKB Holidays, where she focuses on integrating innovative travel solutions, fostering key industry relationships, and enhancing product offerings to deliver exceptional experiences.
Nicole is also a passionate advocate for diversity and leadership within the industry, serving as a Board Member for Women in Tourism and Hospitality WA (WITH_WA) since 2022. In this role, she contributes to initiatives that support and empower women in the travel and hospitality sectors.
Her Travel and Tourism career spans almost 30years, including a 24year tenure at Qantas Holidays / Helloworld Travel Ltd where she held senior sales and management roles across multiple states aswell as playing a pivotal role in partnerships and development. Throughout her career, Nicole has built a reputation for driving business growth, developing strong industry collaborations, and leading high-performing teams.
With a deep understanding of the travel landscape, Nicole remains dedicated to shaping the future of tourism by leveraging strategic innovation, collaboration and her extensive industry knowledge.

Belinda Hill
Treasurer
Belinda Hill, Treasurer of Women in Tourism and Hospitality WA and an exceptional professional in the tourism industry!
With a strong focus on delivering outstanding experiences, Belinda has made a significant impact throughout her career. Not only is she a respected leader in the industry, but she is also the owner and operator of Segway WA, offering unique and thrilling experiences to visitors.
Belinda's expertise in tourism has led to remarkable achievements, including the establishment and growth of Segway WA, where she has created memorable experiences for countless guests. Her dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, innovative marketing strategies, and strong financial management has earned her recognition and success.

Jai McNaughton is a dynamic Talent & Culture Manager based at Novotel Perth Murray Street, Accor's newest and largest hotel in Western Australia. Her professional journey spans diverse sectors, including disability services and the food and agribusiness industry, crafting a narrative of versatile expertise. A specialist in culture transformation, strategic business planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational behaviour, Jai is the sought-after architect for fostering excellence in these domains.
Jai's passion, commitment, and unwavering drive are not only evident in her professional pursuits but also in her role as a mentor and developer of others. Her experience has seen her in leadership positions with Fraser Suites, Mirvac and Accor.

Kendra is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in venue operations, leadership, and management in the Tourism and Hospitality industry. As General Manager of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Kendra leads the executive team across all business activities and maintains stakeholder relationships with industry and State Government Agencies. Having spent 5 years at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and an additional 6 years with Spotless Facilities Management in diverse venue management roles, including Venue Manager at Perth Zoo and Operations Manager at HBF Park, Kendra’s passion lies in crafting unforgettable customer experiences and cultivating a positive, high-performing team culture, driving businesses to their success.

Board Member
Kim is a qualified tourism, marketing, industry advisor and communications professional with over 25 years’ experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.
Her expansive experience includes business and product development, capacity building, destination marketing, industry education and mentoring from small business startup through to export/trade ready.
Kim has her own consulting business and works with trade ready tourism businesses in the Tourism Council’s Boost Mentoring Program.
